Pro Girl History
We opened our doors at Pro Girl in December 2005 and have been epresentin' ever since! We are an independent all girl snowboard and skateboard shop, the only one of its kind on the east coast!
Located in downtown Halifax, we are the sister store of Pro Skateboard & Snowboards, who have been around for
over 20 years.
The past 2 years have been full of great accomplishments: we started a ladies skate night, hosted the
first all girl skate demo, and put on our first all girl snowboard competition.
In conjunction with Martock and the NSSA, we have started an all female snowboard team called the 'Pro Girls'.
This was created to coach and motivate young girls to continue rippin' it on the hill and encourage them to participate in competitive snowboarding.
From skate and snow hardgoods, fly bikinis, ballin' one piece snowsuits, funky jewellery and sophisticated dresses, we've got what you need. So come check us out 5240 Blowers St....c'mon you know where pizza corner is, were just two doors down!
